    OFFICIAL PROJECT LAUNCH: Students will be on-site working for the week

  • October 15, 2019 - Deep Dive on Financial Model with Focus on Improvements

    1. Review current financial model
    2. Sketch out ways to improve financial model
    3. Work with key stakeholders to make improvements to the model

  • October 17, 2019 - Make Business Model Recommendations Based on New Financial Model

    • What key improvements can be made to cost and revenue structure?
    • Are there any alarming ratios or stats you can pull from financial model to provide more insights to management?
