Capstone – Project Charter

Improving Sales by designing client implementation creating case studies

A Collaboration Between

Engagement Synopsis

(1) Customer Client Profiling
– Designing a more efficient way of finding and qualifying potential clients
– Optimizing process of closing clients

Deliverable idea: Case study on success story where arch labs implemented the tech and is using it for the customer which will help identify which customer is a good fit. 2 sections – one takes larger client and one takes smaller. Then split it into smaller and larger company that has failed. Is there a way to group stories on research with customer types?

(2) Seamless product adoption process
– Identifying hooks will get the client to adopt the software
– Designing the adoption process
– Determining how to communicate adoption during the sales process
