Capstone – Project

GTM Strategy for Social Impact SaaS Solution

A Collaboration Between

Project Synopsis

Quantibly is a SaaS solution for the global social sector. We’ve created the platform around the theory of change, a framework for measuring outcomes and impacts of NGO activity. India is the largest NGO sector with 1.5 million social sector organizations providing services to over a billion people. We are trying to find a bootstrapped GTM strategy for Quantibly in India. We’re still a startup, and would be great to get fresh perspectives from how the local market thinks about impact measurement.

      • How might this model change as the organization expands?
      • What should the goals be for the next few years?
    • While technical feasibility is already established (the product is scalable) how should Quantibly customize messaging when targeting customers in India?
      • How can/should they translate and present data analysis in a way that creates meaning for others without advanced training in methods of social research?
      • What can you tell Quantibly about the jargon and other important aspects of communication (language, symbols) that can facilitate the translation of quantitative information into impactful stories so NGO’s can understand and represent their work to others?
