Jordan is a serial education technology entrepreneur.
He has started two EdTech companies that are helping students transition from education to work. His method is to integrate real companies into the learning process through hands-on collaborations that expose learners to new industries and job roles by working on real projects with real stakeholders and stakes.
CapSource makes it easy for schools and companies to build scalable experiential learning and experiential hiring programs. Through free, premium, and enterprise software solutions, CapSource helps educators and companies coordinate, manage, and scale high-impact case-based and project-based programs designed to help next-gen talent learn, network, and get hired. Since 2017, CapSource has help 400+ different industry partners like DoorDash, True Religion, and the American Cancer Society collaborate with 8,000+ young professionals from over 150 global institutions including the University of Notre Dame, Harvard, and the SUNY System.
Jordan started his first education technology company, Real Time Cases (acquired), that raised over $2,000.000 in venture funding while an undergraduate at Lehigh University studying Accounting, Finance, and Entrepreneurship.
Outside of work, Jordan is passionate about cooking, hiking, traveling, sailing, tennis, public speaking, photography, mixology, and coaching/connecting fellow entrepreneurs.

I’ve had the honor and pleasure of serving nine Notre Dame MBA classes and counting, engaging in live, phone, and email touchpoints with 1,800+ students from pre-matriculation to Commencement. As an experienced collaborator in working with MBA students, employers, faculty, and alumni, I have successfully raised millions of dollars for fellowships, procured hundreds of career opportunities, and created dozens of experiential learning opportunities for Notre Dame’s MBA program. I have 8+ years of varied experience in recruiting alumni donors and volunteers, employers to recruit our MBAs, and Interterm project sponsors, all in the name of providing quality service and enriching the experience of every student I serve.
