About the Students and Program
This course is part of a scholarship, cohort-based program of 40 freshman students who are focused on becoming inclusive leaders in the field of business. Students learn about DEI terminology, inclusive leadership theories and strategies and will practice implementing Creary's 2019, Evidence-Based Tips, Strategies, and Takeaways. For their final group project, students will work with a company to analyze their structures, employees, and materials using the questions and prompts found in Creary's resource. Students will then have a chance to present their findings and recommendations to the company and course instructor.
