Company Overview
Outernets' Engagement and Analytics platform is an infrastructure technology for media and smart spaces. Outernets marries both the online and offline environments by taking the best aspects from each space to create a much more complete and satisfying customer experience, also known as Phygital. Physical gets Digital.
Our omnichannel technology has two main building blocks: Engagement, XR and content solutions; and Real Time Data Capture and Analytics.
We work with any digital display, transforming it into a new type of experiential media and customer acquisition touchpoint, that is much like apps in a sense that it engages its users and learns from their behaviors, but instead of touch, our user Interface is your body language, hand gestures, and facial expressions. We engage a client or a prospective client within a physical context in much the same way that they would get engaged on a digital format, but without the interference of bots, and in a way that is privacy compliant.
