  • February 1, 2019 - Sales and Marketing Channel Assessment

    Related Departments: Develop Long Term Marketing Plan for Brand Targeting Initial Customer Segment

     

    Project Process:

     

    Part 1: Deep Dive on Product, Business Model, and Industry

    • Who’s the customer?
    • What’s the product?
    • What are historical ways of delivering similar value to customers without blockchain?  Who are the key players (competitors)?
    • What makes this model more effective/relevant?

    Suggested Deliverable:

    Produce an overview deck to present to class based on your understanding of the company. This internal exercise is to ensure everyone is on the same page and understands the business model before moving on to more critical areas of the project. Please be sure to escalate any questions that arise.

  • February 27, 2019 - Analysis of Existing Sales and Marketing Channels

    • What sales channels is Paperstreet using? (e.g., E-Commerce, Retailers, Wholesalers, Marketplaces, etc.)
    • What marketing channels does Paperstreet use to generate interest? (e.g., Social Media, Traditional Media, Webinars, Speciality Shows/Conferences, etc.)
    • How do the sales and marketing channels tie to one another? (Conversion)
    • How would you rate performance on each sales and marketing category?
    • What suggestions do you have to improve performance in sales and marketing?

    Suggested Deliverable:

    A comprehensive analysis of the sales and marketing strategy used by Paperstreet including measured performance and recommendations for improvements

  • March 15, 2019 - Design Multifaceted Marketing Plan

    • What sales and marketing channels are available that Paperstreet is not yet using?
    • What are the costs associated with using these channels?
    • How would you measure the success of utilizing these marketing channels?

    Suggested Deliverable:

    Develop a marketing plan including key resources required, marketing channels, and KPIs if successful.

     

  • April 22, 2019 - Final Presentation & Paper

    Paperstreet is looking for a comprehensive overview of the work that was done. Prepare a presentation and paper that provides an overview of the process that was used and the results that were ultimately generated.
