WestWay Technology is a boutique digital agency that partners with brands to create websites, mobile apps, and other digital solutions. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to start-up businesses looking to promote their brand and improve key metrics. Headquartered New York, WestWay is interested in moving from domestic to global staffing model and understanding the value-proposition of opening an office in India, South America, or Europe. WestWay is looking to gain a clear understanding of the implications of such as move in terms of engineering, operations, and management and hear students’ recommendations for expansion based upon their analysis.
