What are some key ways your work life has changed as the result of shifting norms? Have your own priorities shifted through the course of the pandemic, and if so, how? What is your experience working from home/outside the organization? What strategies do you use to stay connected to your colleagues? What mindsets and skills do you think are helpful in navigating the post-COVID work environment? Are there certain leadership mindsets and skills you see as essential given the changes we are seeing? In what ways has creativity and agility helped you develop positive solutions for you or your organization as you navigate from the traditional workplace to the new (and evolving) “normal”? Pre-meeting Assignment Browse industry-related sources (publications, associations/organizations, companies, blogs, etc.) for coverage on the impact of COVID-19. What themes emerge from this informal review? What challenges, issues, problems are workplaces and workers grappling with as the result of the pandemic and associated forces? How are companies and people adapting to and changing their environment? How has the pandemic created opportunities for change and growth? What are some examples of this? Deliverable Learn about mind-mapping as a technique for organizing what you are learning about the way work/workplaces have changed as a result of the pandemic. Use your creative and analytical skills to begin diagramming key concepts and relationships for understanding.
