Conversifi, formally launching this Spring, is a company trying to inspire cultural exchange through foreign language learning. Their novel concept of connecting language learners with language experts on a global stage requires much planning and execution. The team needs help tracking and analyzing data tied to their test pilots and initial launch. In addition, the company intends to raise money based on their beta performance and industry expertise. The company needs help analyzing different areas of their industry and business model in order to prepare for that effort.

Conversifi would also appreciate recommendations on additional data they should collect moving forward.

    • Would you change anything about their pricing or revenue model?
