Designed for students or young professional looking to try our new industries and job roles
Students work independently on exciting, hands-on projects (ideally for university course credit, but not required)
1 student works independently with 1 mentor at 1 company on a short-term project
We help students connect with companies through short-term projects based on their interests and professional goals.
The host companies provide short-term, engaging, research-oriented projects to students interested in learning about specific departments at their company. They’re quick, fun, easy, and can be an effective way of securing a job!
Senior Co-Op at University of Delaware
One student was interested in working independently and applying her degree to the real-world through a hands-on project. She wanted exposure to Account Management, Customer Service, Marketing, and PR & Communications, so CapSource designed a special engagement with one-on-one company mentorship directly from the CEO.
Sophomore Co-Op at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County
This student was interested in earning credit from his university by working through a real-world hands-on project with a real company.
