Deliverable

Learn about mind-mapping as a technique for organizing what you are learning about the way work/workplaces have changed as a result of the pandemic. Use your creative and analytical skills to begin diagramming key concepts and relationships for understanding.

  • What is your experience working from home/outside the organization? What strategies do you use to stay connected to your colleagues?
  • What mindsets and skills do you think are helpful in navigating the post-COVID work environment? Are there certain leadership mindsets and skills you see as essential given the changes we are seeing?
  • In what ways has creativity and agility helped you develop positive solutions for you or your organization as you navigate from the traditional workplace to the new (and evolving) “normal”?
