Capstone – Project
Could we hire our ideal employee without an interview?
A Collaboration Between
A TED Fellow friend of mine built out a pretty cool company called Tala (TED Talk on Tala: https://www.ted.com/talks/shivani_siroya_a_smart_loan_for_people_with_no_credit_history_yet?language=en) and I’d love to be able to use her model to help accelerate our hiring process. Part 1 is thinking through all of the data points, both conventional and unconventional; Part 2 is getting to really understand our best Interventionists and what they have in common; Part 3 is testing and looking for correlations; Part 4 is tweaking and then going back to Part 3.
We expect that this MBA team will be able to go through at least two waves of testing with us.
