Capstone – Project
Evaluation, expansion and development of a sustainable growth strategy for DK Kim Foundation.
A Collaboration Between
The foundation needs to ensure that all current and future programs are sustainably structured and reflective of our mission to plant hope by uniting potential with opportunity. Our current focus is expanding the structure to go beyond a funding organization. In addition, build a strategy that includes operational, implementation, and formalization of a do-no-harm social framework and model, with additional global expansion aligned with the United Nations SDG’s.
The opportunities are numerous as we expand our strategic plan and scope. The need for an external stakeholder plan and policy is necessary to advance our long term strategic plan and achieve our goals.
Evaluation of current projects to determine sustainability, partnership opportunities, funding feasibility, and expansion of existing work. Meet with the DK Kim Foundation team and Strategic Board to understand expansion goals, framework of each project, and operational timeline. Research philanthropic funding opportunities, stakeholder engagement options, and growth strategy partnerships.
Comprehensive external stakeholder policy. Sustainability policy/plan for each project. Recommendations for future growth and expansion.
