Sellersfunding Corp has operations in the US and UK. It also has operating companies and SPV’s (special purpose vehicle) entities in these regions in charge of generating the sales for the organization. I am working on standardizing company-wide process and procedures but without a solid and scalable chart of accounts there wont be a match between operations and financial reporting. Besides, consolidation of financials takes a long time plus audit and over all financial analysis.
