A Collaboration Between
Iapetus Racing, LLC is an alternative investment of Iapetus. Our challenge is to clearly understand the profitability of each of the lines of business.
We need our horse investments sorted through to make sure everything is bucketed correctly, that all our assets are accounted for and a spreadsheet that shows our investments and return profile by type of investment ie. Racing, breeding, pinhooking etc.
Measuring the ROI of each activity and establishing further KPIs/Dashboards with the data for continuous analysis.
