How to help three franchisees collaborate on marketing strategy in the tri-state area
A Collaboration Between
Marketing strategy for the tri-state area (we have three locations; Manhattan, Englewood NJ, and Westchester NY all with different owners). Looking at ways we can gain efficiencies in digitial and traditional marketing that we already do. Each location does between $1M and $2.25M in revenue per year. Marketing budget is $5k to $7k per location, per month. We also do free online courses (thousands of users), and planning to launch a new podcast for dog owners for our over 90,000 social media followers.
