436,000 organizations across the globe will spend $4 trillion on telecom, IT, and mobility assets, services, and licenses in 2020. Managing this technology investment requires technical, operational, and financial mastery to deliver optimal business results. Training and certifications are integral to providing and validating skills and knowledge required to master the domain.
AOTMP offers world class training to rapidly increase knowledge, skills and time-to-proficiency for telecom, mobility, and IT management professionals. Courses and certifications are based on the patented Efficiency First® Framework, a set of practices and principles for managing telecom, mobility, and IT.
The goals of this project are to:
• Understand the total addressable market for telecom, mobility and IT management training and certification in the three global regions of North America, Europe, and APAC;
• Understand variations in cultural and business expectations for purchasing and consuming training and certifications in each of the three global regions; and,
• Understand content topic gaps against current market offerings in each of the three global regions.
