Capstone – Project
Key Metrics set for Private Equity Firms to manage portfolio companies
A Collaboration Between
Interloop uses a new approach to data integration and business analytics to help companies become data driven. We deliver our solution as “Functional Loops” for specific business needs. Several of our customers are Private Equity firms executing a portfolio roll-up strategy. They require the ability to quickly connect, relate, blend and analyze data from many disparate systems such as CRM, ERP, eMarketing, HR, spreadsheets, etc. Our collaboration goal for this effort would be to work with the ND students to create a base set of data models and key metrics for some of the common scenarios that PE firms need when assessing their portfolio. This would include analysis sets like customer lifecycle, demand creation, pipeline/forecast, cross sell/up-sell, customer health, product performance, quota assignment/performance etc.
