Live Case – Project
Mystery shopping UK & US companies to present research on the state of engagement ring shopping in 2020
A Collaboration Between
Following our mystery shopping report in 2019, we want to build on it to produce a bigger, better report to reveal the best (and worst) engagement ring shopping experiences in the UK and US.
The students will have access to the 2019 process and report conducted by Active.Partners and will be able to mystery shop us and many other jewellers, collate data and insight and then present it to the company.
We plan to publicly publish this data too with a media partner and to compare and contrast UK retailers with those in the US.
Students will have the opportunity to shop online and in person in top New York and London stores and will have to empathise with how a customer will behave and think – a key skill.
Other learnings will include research, data presenting and extracting insights from data.
