Gemtic is working on an effective and personable marketing campaign to get clothes and accessories through donations and consignments to rent out to customers.
Gemtic also needs great social media contents for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Tik Tok to run ads and gain more exposure to potential customers. Gemtic has very little digital presence now so there is a lot of room for growth online. Gemtic strives to gain at least 10,000 organic and active followers across multiple channels by the end of 2019.
Besides, Gemtic has a lot of work in terms of managing logistics such as dry cleaning and both way shipping. We need to negotiate favorable financial terms with third party vendors for these logistics needs.
