We have prospects/customers explaining their demographics & psychographics (pain-points, burning pains, fears, obstacles, hopes, dreams, desires) we want to find the commonalities/patterns there, then quantify and prioritize which customer segments we should focus on.
Another would be optimizing our recruitment process through finding the right sources based on data from the talent platforms, then test different platforms to see which result in the the most/best conversions to promising candidates, then tweak the application process so that it gets the most/best candidates hired quickly.
More quantitative :
Another would be creating a solid pricing strategy based on all our existing sales data.
Another could be analyzing our Google Analytics, YouTube, and Teachable analytics and deciding where our funnel / engagement metrics are strong/weak and reccomending a course of action from there.

- 2 interns who can support the early-stage employee in completing all their responsibilities (getting their department’s KPIs to reach their OKRs)
*For the Product department: the early-stage employee needs to be someone willing to become the technical co-founder of the company and capable of acting as both a CTO and CPO
**For the Operations department: the early-stage employee needs to be someone capable of acting as both a COO and CFO
The others would eventually grow into heads of their respective departments:
