Protean BioDiagnostics need help identifying the market potential of cancer biomarkers and companion diagnostics in India, Mid East and SE Asia region. We are looking to identify the key players and competitors in the market with a focus on emerging Pharma companies developing targeted cancer therapies and immune therapy. By accounting for the key players and competitors, and identify gaps and competitors in the market, we are aiming to determine the market potential and identify potential partners for Protean BioDiagnostics services supporting companion diagnostics development in the India, Mid East and SE Asia region.

Company Overview

There has been a revolution in treatment advances for patients with cancer. These include explosive development and use of both targeted therapy and immune based therapies. The most effective use of these new treatments require access to advanced tissue and blood diagnostics. Unfortunately many patients and oncologists cannot easily access these new diagnostics advances because they live in areas with limited access to laboratory services.

Protean BioDiagnostics is committed to creating and deploying the latest and highest quality laboratory diagnostic tools to support physicians committed to providing the best possible care for their patients regardless of where they live.

  • August 18, 2021 - Gather Intelligence on Key Player Analysis in India, Middle East, and Southeast Asia

    • Who are the top competitors in the target region?
    • What emerging Pharma companies exist in these region that are developing targeted cancer therapies and immune therapy?
    • What company information should you gather in the course of your research? For instance:
      • size and maturity are these organizations
      • focus area
      • complimentary or competitive?

    Suggested Deliverable:

    A slide deck with an overview of each key player and a consistent profile comparing each to each other in a way that that helps Protean BioDiganostics understand the market landscape

  • September 1, 2021 - Competitor Analysis

     

    • Consider the competitors’ networks: Who are their partners in research? What other companies and institutions do they partner with? How are the developing these networks?
    • What needs or opportunity gave rise to their place in the market space in this region?
    • How are they distinguished from others in the same space? What do they offer that Protean BioDiagnostics does not?
    • What are their weaknesses and limitations?
    • What do they and others attribute to their success in the region?
