Profitability, Partnering, Succession in NYS Drinks Industry – Little Apple Cidery
A Collaboration Between
Little Apple Farm and Cidery is a Certified Organic Apple Orchard and start-up Farm Cidery in Hillsdale, New York. We produce fresh and hard cider in a fast growing innovative industry. Our goals are to achieve profitability, partner with other drinks industry companies and establish a farm and cidery succession strategy. We are three years into a 10-year business plan and completing a major investment in new equipment. Time to consider course corrections and address key issues. facebook.com/littleapplecider
