Recruitment, Opening New Branch, Marketing of Power Group

Our opportunity is two fold:
1) We are a small business (Residential & Office Cleaning Service) and this is our 10th year in business. We’re currently located in Mineola and are looking to open a 2nd branch in Suffolk County within the next couple of months. In addition, we are constantly hiring, but would like to market our hiring efforts to target more specific candidates. We would be looking for assistance with growth & recruitment. 2) I am a part of a Real Estate Power Group called Under One Roof. We are 4 female entrepreneurs, each with our own company, that have joined forces to form a power group in 2019. This year, we really want to take off with marketing ourselves – primarily to Realtors. Our 4 services work together to get a house ready to list on the market. Our services include: cleaning & clean-outs, interior design & staging, organizing & packing/unpacking, hardwood floor installation/refinishing & carpet/upholstery cleaning & painting.
