Live Case – Project

TALENT MANAGEMENT: How to Win the Competition for Technology Talent

A Collaboration Between

Project Synopsis

As Vitech continues to experience significant growth, the staffing levels need to rise to meet the demand of new projects. Vitech’s traditional staffing has been entirely in-house, and there is a desire to continue adding more internal resources. There is also a strategic mandate to enable System Integrator (SI) partners to be able to independently implement the solution, which has led to project teams staffed by a mix of Vitech employees and SI partner resources. On top of the need to increase staffing levels, the IT job market continues to surge making talent retention more challenging. We need innovative ways to promote a company culture and environment which will keep Vitech competitive with the rest of the market. What can Vitech to do separate itself from other opportunities to attract and retain in-house talent and how can this be effectively balanced with empowering and growing our SI partner community?
