The University of South Carolina, Upstate offers a premier Business Analytics Masters program that helps students gain a foundational knowledge and real-world perspective on the role and impact of data analytics on business performance. We often focus on data cleaning and quality control, the benefits of using analytics throughout the project life cycle, exploring applications for machine learning, the fundamentals of good visualization, implementing effective technical communication strategies, and the ethical frameworks for business analytics. Engagement Format: Live Case

Think "Hackathon" or Case Competition with a whole class of students! This learning format allows educators to deliver experiential learning to students at scale. Students are often split into groups to work on a live case (or a series of cases) from a real host company that directly relates to key learning objectives.
