Course Title
STEM INDUSTRIAL CAPSTONE (Spring 21)
Collaboration Overview
Juniata College offers a special STEM Industrial Live Case experience to their Physics and Engineering Physics students. We are searching for a company willing to provide students with a hands-on research project that revolves around physics/engineering/robotics/mathematical modeling/programming using tools such as LabView (scientific instrumentation), AutoCAD, R, Python, Raspberry PI (other microcontrolling platforms), 3-D printing, laser cutting/engraving, and CNC routing. Ideally, the host company for this STEM Industrial Live Case Experience should be willing to send equipment, if needed, on-site here for students to work on if it's a required part of the project. Students will be working closely with faculty mentors with deep expertise in the field. The students and faculty are willing to sign NDA agreements if needed.
Engagement Format: Capstone
