Our Process

Project Assessment

All candidates are given an equal opportunity to showcase their skills through a short, relevant project assessment.

1st Round Interview

Selected candidates are invited to continue the process through a short behavioral interview with a member of the Talent team.

2nd Round Interview

Selected candidates finish the process through a final interview with the hiring manager before receiving decisions.

Video Manager

We’re looking for a creative Video Manager that will own the end-to-end process of producing highly effective materials that we can use for marketing and PR purposes.

$300 per month

10-15 hours per week


Public Relations Manager

 We are looking for a Public Relations Manager who can efficiently produce high-quality written materials for a range of purposes including PR, blog articles, and social media.

$250 per month

7-10 hours per week


UI/UX Design Intern

We are looking for a UI/UX intern with some previous design experience to collaborate with our product managers in developing new features and improve our software.

$500 upon internship completion

3 months, 10-15 hours per week


Open Program Roles

Partnerships Wintern

We’re looking Partnerships Winterns to research, aggregate data, and analyze resources that non-profit educational institutions can use to get pilot funding for CapSource programs.

$500 upon internship completion

7 weeks (10-15 hours per week)


Product Wintern

We’re looking for Product Winterns to analyze and synthesize the current evaluation metrics that we are planning to implement, and research how learning goals can be productized.

$500 upon internship completion

5 weeks (10-15 hours per week)
