K&A University was born in 2020 based on the desire for employees to continually educate themselves. Course topics included a range of engineering disciplines, project management, finance, and many more. The Objective: Develop K&AU and use it as a tool to help define us as a cutting-edge leader in the power/engineering space. Courses are developed in partnership with industry thought leaders and universities. Our clients include Avangrid, Con Ed, PSEG LI, First Energy, Exelon, Prepa, NYPA, Ameren & SDGE. Additionally, K&A partners with some of the largest services companies in the US to execute EPC contracts, as well as providing our partners engineering and project management services. Our geographic service area is essentially unlimited, but historically has been throughout the Northeastern United States. K&A has also had the opportunity to work internationally in Nepal.
